I started new workout program AWESOME ABS in 3 WEEKS.
You can follow daily this amazing program and get awesome abs with me. For 3 weeks I will be posting every day workout routine you do at home or in the gym. I recommend to take a picture of your belly today or as you start (DAY 1) and then every week or every other day. Why? You will see little changes, step by step to bigger changes - awesome abs!!! Do not expect 6 packs after 3 weeks, but do expect firm, sexy, defined, toned belly that you will be very proud of.
In the workout plan below you see different exercises and if you do not know some of them, just watch the video. Each video represents the exercise you do in the routine. Complete 3 rounds and 30reps of each exercise.
