I prepared for you excellent "abs" routine - AWESOME ABS in 3 weeks - DAY 14.

Low impact, effective, no equipment needed and doable at home or in the gym. Sounds great right? I know! For best results try to eat clean. Add to your diet plenty of vegetables, drink water and avoid sugary food.

  • do 30reps of each exercise

One round:

  1. lunge back, 30reps
  2. cross lunge, 30reps
  3. side lunge & knee up (right leg), 30reps
  4. side lunge & knee up (left leg), 30reps
  5. cross over, 30reps
  6. plank: mountain sky climber, 30reps
  7. knee tuck, 30reps
  8. side plank: hips touch down, 30reps
  9. side plank (switch side): hips touch down, 30reps
  10. bicycle crunch, 30reps
