30 Days LEGS & ABS Challenge – DAY 30

Hi guys, I am so proud of you all!!! Today is the last day of  30 Days LEGS & ABS Challenge. Every day we did effective, easy to follow lower body routine to strengthen legs, thighs, inner thighs, glutes, abs. We learned to be consistent, disciplined, enjoying working out. As I see results on me I believe you see great body changes on yourself as well. I got rid of cellulite on my thighs, my butt is more lifted, legs are toned and abs defined. We did this together as a great team. For DAY 30 I was inspired by Love Handles program and picked up awesome routine. You can add dumbbells for more challenge. Hi guys, It`s Sunday morning and I am preparing new workout for 30 Days LEGS & ABS Challenge - DAY 7. You asked: Are there any rest days in this challenge? My answer is "NO".:-) That`s why it is called "CHALLENGE", because we go for 30 days in a row. We are learning to be disciplined, driven, motivated, dedicated and find the time to workout daily. But do not worry. The intensity of each workout varies, that means one day it is harder, other day easier (those days can be count as "rest" days).  As we finish this program you have plenty of time to rest and find the best workout schedule "just" for you. In general most people fail after 10 days of working out. Why? Lack of motivation. We are learning "NOT TO  GIVE UP". Instead being enthusiastic, optimistic, thinking positive. 30 Days Legs & Abs Challenge – DAY 3

Hi guys, I ask you right now: Did you finish DAY 2? I hope so! It was awesome! I felt my thighs, glutes, also abs and loved it.:-) How many reps you did in each minute? I did about 40reps in each minute. DAY 3 of 30 Days Legs & Abs Challenge is different again, similar to the DAY 1. As you can see we will alternate from exercises on the floor (bridge, dog...) and in standing position (squats, lunges...). I got inspired by BUTT LIFT #1. All exercises that we do today are in this video described, so if you do not know the proper form and "how" to do that specific move, just check the video. 30 Days LEGS & ABS Challenge – DAY 2

Hi guys, Welcome to DAY 2 of 30 DAYS LEGS & ABS CHALLENGE. Yesterday we did only 4 exercises, but more reps, and I told you we will be increasing intensity, it will be different each day. Here we go... DAY 2 is measured by time/minute per each exercise. It will take you only 10min, but I promise you feel your glutes, thighs and lower abs. It is amazing feeling, slowly step by step, meaning day by day we go closer, and closer to our goal - tight, strong, lifted butt, toned legs and defined abs. In this challenge we learn to be consistent, disciplined and make time for workout every day.
