I prepared for you excellent low impact routine Butt Lift #14 and it is in standing position. BUTT LIFT is a great series of 30 workouts and each of them is different. Major goal is to strengthen, tighten, trim your legs, glutes, thighs and abs.

Recommendations:

  • 3 rounds
  • 30reps of each exercise

One round:

  1. dead lift, 30reps
  2. single leg dead lift, 30reps
  3. one side: leg lift, 30reps
  4. other side: leg lift, 30reps
  5. switch leg: hamstring curl, 30reps
  6. switch leg: hamstring curl, 30reps
  7. plie with one leg on the bench: pulse down, 30counts
  8. switch leg, plie with other leg on the bench: pulse down, 30counts
