Hi guys,

how was Cardio Challenge #2? How long it took you and how does it feel?

Today I was training "LUCKY LADY" and we started our training with cardio. She was so surprised how great it feels to do cardio, how it wakes her up, how much energy she has right after.

As you wake up, let`s do Cardio Challenge #3 together.

CARDIO CHALLENGE #3:

  1. 60counts high knees
  2. 50reps jumping jaks
  3. 40reps jump side to side
  4. 30reps front kicks
  5. 60counts jogging
  6. 30reps push ups
  7. 30reps squat & jump
  8. 30reps pendulum
  9. 30reps standing side crunch
  10. 30reps standing side crunch (switch side)
