Hard core abs #14 is another great routine you can do at home or in the gym, no equipment needed. If you want slim, sculpted legs, hips and abs, then put two workouts together and make it awesome training.

My suggestion is:

  1. Skinny legs workout (100reps of jumping jacks, squats, lunge back, squat & jump, bicycle crunch, 1min plank)
  2. Hard core abs #14

Recommendation:

  • complete 5 rounds
  • 10reps of each exercise

One round:

  1. central crunch, 10reps
  2. side crunch, 10reps
  3. other side crunch, 10reps
  4. sit ups, 10reps
  5. knee tuck, 10reps
  6. knees side to side, 10reps
  7. scissors, 10reps
  8. plank: hold for 10counts
  9. plank: feet out & in, 10reps
  10. plank: open your chest & roll under, 10reps
