Recommendations:

  • 10reps of each exercise
  • complete 5rounds
  • I use the bench

One round:

  1. plank & pike, 10reps
  2. plank: hips drop down (knees floor touch), 10reps
  3. knee tuck, 10reps
  4. toes touch, 10reps
  5. side plank: reach up & roll under, 10reps
  6. switch side, side plank: reach up & roll under, 10reps
  7. scissors, 10reps
  8. knees in & legs abducted, 10reps
