Dear Kaysiah Khalil,

Before you start working out don't forget to WARM UP and after training we strongly recommend to have at least 5 minutes of STRETCHING. Both warm up and stretch workout you can find on our YouTube Channel or our website.

Each day you have training and additional workout to do. You simple follow Pavla's guide and if you have any more questions feel free to write us.

Do not forget also about your diet. Make sure you stay hydrated, especially when you are working out. Have balanced meals - intake enough portions of fruit, veggies, proteins. Stay away from artificial sugars and high in sodium food!
