WHAT IT IS

Intense HIIT – High Intense Interval Training, which makes you sweaty, helps you lose fat, burn calories, boost metabolism and get you in great shape.

WHO IS IT FOR

For you if your goal is to lose fat, get stronger, leaner, fit. Feel comfortable in summer clothes, sexy in swimming suit. It is for you if you like challenge workouts, combination of interval training and power strength exercises.  .
