LOVE HANDLES PROGRAM

 

WHAT IS IT?

Love Handles is a series of 30 low impact workouts. A combination of pilates, yoga, toning exercises.  Major focus is on strengthening abs, back, glutes and getting rid of fat in problematic body areas. 

 

WHO IS IT FOR:

Beginners or advanced.

MAJOR FOCUS:

Get rid of fat around hips, back fat, fat in bra area, slimmer waist, firmer hips, tight curve body.

HOW LONG IT TAKES: 

About 30 min.

EQUIPMENT:

Mostly bodyweight workouts, sometimes dumbbells 3lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs.
