TONE UP PROGRAM
WHAT IS IT?
It is a great, unique low impact 30 days workout program. In this workout program you strengthen all muscle groups. Your body will be nicely toned, leaner, more defined. What is unique about this program is the workout schedule: one day you work out the upper body, another day the lower body. Each workout ends with a series of abs. Tone up is excellent for beginners, anyone recovering from injuries, or wanting to tone up and get a nice, sculpted body.
