SEXY LEAN BODY - DAY 7 is excellent combination of exercises to tone, strengthen, trim your arms, abs, legs and glutes. Don't be surprised by many squats, plie and plank variations, they are awesome for your thighs and abs!:-)

  • TONE UP #1
  • SEXY LEAN LEGS #3
  • CHALLENGE - BICYCLE CRUNCH

TONE UP #1

Recommendations:

  • do 3 rounds
  • 20reps of each exercise
  • 5lbs dumbbells

One round:

  1. squat plié & hammer curl, 20reps
  2. squat plié & front raises, 20reps
  3. mountain sky climber, 20reps
  4. squat plié & upright row, 20reps
  5. squat plié & chest press, 20reps
  6. spider, 20reps
  7. plank - alternate hips touch down, 20reps

 

SEXY LEAN LEGS #3

Recommendations:

  • 25reps of each exercise
  • complete 3 rounds
  • use a chair

One round:

  1. plié: go down & up, 25reps
  2. plié: go low and pulse, 25reps
  3. right leg: cross lunge pose: go down & up, 25reps
  4. right leg: cross lunge pose and pulse, 25reps
  5. left leg: cross lunge pose: go down & up, 25reps
  6. left leg: cross lunge pose: go down and pulse, 25reps
  7. right leg: cross over the chair, 25reps
  8. left leg: cross over the chair, 25reps
  9. squat, 25reps
  10. squat down and pulse, count till 25
