What am I working on?

Hi guys,

I am working on three new workout programs and they are awesome!

What programs are coming?

  • CARDIO CHALLENGE

It is 7 workouts program, intense, fat burning and metabolism boosting. Short high impact training will make you sweaty, burn many calories during the workout & after the workout. Are you busy, short of time, but you know your body & soul needs healthy daily cardio? Then this will be perfect for you!

  • BUTT LIFT

I am "IN LOVE" with this 30 low impact workouts program. If you like programs: Sexy lean legs, Get rid of cellulite, Tone up then you will be in love with this too! Be careful, those workouts are addicting!:-) And what is it about? All about toning, strengthening, shaping gluteus, hamstrings, thighs and getting rid of cellulite in that area.

  • HIIT- FAT BURN

This program is exactly what you need if you want to lose fat, get in great, awesome shape, speed up metabolism, burn many calories during the workout and within 24hours after the workout (thanks to faster metabolism). It is 7 intense, high impact workouts and is recommended for advanced or beginners with modifications. All you need is jump rope and if you don`t have it, you can modify.
